The newly renovated lobby of Presence United Samaritans Medical Center (formerly Provena) now provides a more welcoming and open space for patients, allowing natural light and better flow.

No longer “tucked-away,” the information desk and a friendly volunteer are the first to greet patients and visitors into a healing environment.

With a clear-view of the re-designed registration area, the new “no-wait” open-curved design provides better acoustics and privacy.

The lobby also provides space for patients and family members to relax, check their email, and enjoy a cup of fresh coffee in the Internet Café.
